Every part, on the bench.
Healthy, and it tastes really good. Whole fruit frozen at its ripest, no syrup pumps, no powdered base. Seven parts per cup, laid out on the bench before they go in the blender.
- Fruit
- Frozen fruit, and only frozen fruit. Frozen whole at its ripest, never from concentrate, never out of a purée pump.
- Greens
- Fresh spinach by the handful. No green powder, no dehydrated shortcut.
- Base
- Greek yogurt, coconut milk, oat milk or whole milk. All of them the actual thing, poured out of the actual container.
- Sweetener
- The fruit, and a spoon of honey or maple where a drink needs it. There is no syrup line plumbed into this truck.
- Ice
- None. The fruit goes in frozen, so nothing waters it down.
- Blend
- Commercial blenders, three of them running at once. Ninety seconds from your order to your hand.
- Supercharger
- Protein, collagen or natural caffeine, any drink, add $2. One powder, one scoop.
- Allergens
- Posted at the window. Peanut, tree nut, dairy and soy are all in the building, so tell us and we will build around it.
- Cups
- One size, 24 oz. Bring your own and take fifty cents off.
